Terms & Conditions

 

Our safaris are individually planned to meet the trophy requirements of our hunting clients. Once these are known to us, individual itineraries and quotations are drawn up according to our rates. With the exception of safaris where two hunting clients wish to share the services of our Professional Hunter, each client is accompanied by his own Professional Hunter and field staff, thus ensuring the best possible attention and high standard of excellence of trophies on which our reputation has been built.

A basic daily charge is made for the full contracted period, which includes transit time between concession areas, and trophies are paid for separately. You only pay for the trophies you actually take and any animals that may be wounded and lost. Licenses, which are purchased prior to the comencement of your safari, in accordance with your game requirements, are not refundable, specifically for Mozambique.

It is the policy of the company that each client, prior to the commencement of the safari, signs an indemnity.

 

Reservations & Deposits

 

To confirm a booking, a deposit amounting to 50% of the basic cost of the safari is required. The balance is payable in travellers cheques, certified bank draft, or, cash on the day of commencement of the safari for the full contracted period. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit, less any expenses incurred, will be refunded. No refund of deposit can be made if the safari is cancelled within three months of the contracted starting date, unless the safari can be re-booked.
